Sean Stewart Investigated for Assault

Here's the good news about the fact that Sean Stewart is reportedly being investigated for assault with a deadly weapon: it can distract from those nude pictures floating around the Net of Rod's scary son.

According to TMZ, Stewart and two other males - not David Weintraub or Randy Spelling, his fellow Sons of Hollywood - went to a private home in Hollywood last Saturday night, where a large party was in full swing. The site was informed that when the trio was told they were not welcome, Stewart became upset -- especially when people leaving the party began teasing him.

Witnesses say that Stewart and his pals returned around 4 a.m. and began throwing bricks, rocks, a mailbox and a trash can at a Ford F150. Alledgedly, Stewart then tried to open the truck door, at which point he and two other men started punching a husband and wife who were seated inside.

TMZ spoke with the man inside the truck, who claims his wife suffered "massive lacerations to her legs" from windshield glass. He says that after the alleged attack, he took her to Cedars Sinai Hospital where she was treated.

The LAPD confirms Hollywood detectives are investigating the incident.

Stacey: Do you know of any fires in this area?
Frank Kovick: There was one in ’41.
Stacey: There was one in ’41? Where?
Frank Kovick: In Sunrise.
Stacey: Sunrise…
Frank Kovick: It was huge, it destroyed most of the town.
Stacey: Really?!
Frank Kovick: Founders Day fire. They called it the “Miracle Fire” because nobody died.
