Grey's Anatomy returns tonight with "Push," an episode in which Bailey and Ben take things to a new level (we think) and Owen and Richard vie for a risky surgery.

The catch there? Derek decides who gets it. As the sneak previews we posted indicate, this potentially bitter fight involves interoffice backstabbing and espionage.

There are also rumors of a Teddy and Mark hookup on the horizon, if not this week, then the following week. What are you most excited to see on tonight's Grey's Anatomy?
