at .

On this Sunday's episode of Desperate Housewives, Angie comes face-to-face with her past... in the form of dangerous ex-boyfriend Patrick.

The character is played by John Barrowman and you can get a glimpse of him in this role RIGHT NOW.

Looking further ahead, ABC airs this show's season finale on May 16. The installment is titled “I Guess This is Goodbye” and the network has supplied us with the following episode description:

As the season’s mysteries are resolved, new ones emerge on the explosive season finale: Gaby risks her safety to help Angie; Lynette’s fate and that of her unborn child lie in the hands of Eddie; Susan comes to grips with her financial woes; Bree considers confessing a secret she’s harbored for years; and Angie must submit to Patrick’s demands in order to protect her son.

An Eyeful

We already know that Drea de Matteo won't return to the series next season, but we don't know if Angie is the character to whom creator Marc Cherry refers when he teases the finale with:

“A lawyer for Fairview Hospital will arrive on Wisteria Lane with news about one of the mother’s children that will devastate one of the families forever."

Start your speculating, fans!

Desperate Housewives Quotes

Dr. Barr: Hey there. I was surprised to hear you wanted a session.
Bree: Well, there's nothing like being tied to a bed to change a girl's mind.
Dr. Barr: What do you wanna talk about?
Bree: Anything at all. As you said, I...I have a lot of issues.
Dr. Barr: Well, I assumed as much when you told the ridiculous story about your daughter running off with a murderer.
Bree: Saw right through that, did ya?
Dr. Barr: Well, I'm a trained professional, Bree. The human mind is my playground.
Bree: Well, I'm glad that you're having fun.

(to dead body) "Tu me manques, Monique" ("I Miss You Monique").
