Welcome back to TV Fanatic's Grey's Anatomy Round Table!

Our official Grey's Anatomy review broke down last week's episode, "Let the Bad Times Roll," in great detail. Now, TV Fanatic staff members Courtney Morrison, Sean McKenna and Christina Tran have assembled for their weekly Q&A discussion to further debate and dissect the goings on at Seattle Grace/Mercy West.

Read their answers below and weigh in with yours!

----------------------------------------

1. April Kepner failed the boards. Surprised? Excited? What’s next for this character?

Courtney: April is going to have to do another year of residency and take her test next year. She is too committed to leave the program now. I wasn't too surprised and I hate to admit it, but I was kind of excited that it was her and not any of the others.

Christina: How about totally predictable? I wasn’t particularly excited by any means, but I was glad that it was her. I’ve never cared all too much for April. As for what’s next, I imagine a pregnancy scare and/or April doing what she does best - drowning herself in her own sorrows.

Sean: I agree that it was kind of predictable. She's kind of become the character that the writers can make bad or crazy things happen for some dramatic moment, while leaving the other characters on normal story arcs. She's just inconsistent and whatever happens to her, isn't really on the top of my list.

2. Who had the worst interview situation?

Courtney: Meredith! Poor girl was getting sick and still delivering awesome answers. You got to give her credit for never losing focus!

Christina: Alex. After missing his first session, he had to totally step it up and basically be nothing but perfect.

Sean: I thought they all really had difficult times, but Cristina got stuck with Mr. Feeny from Boy Meets World. I almost thought he might fail her because of her attitude.

3. Lexie poured her heart out to Mark. Will he come back to her or is he going to start a family with Julia?

Courtney: Lexie all the way! Julia seems like a perfectly nice character, but we don't really know her. That makes me not care about her at all. Sure, she may be a better fit for Mark in some ways but you can't help who you love. I'm guessing Mark and Lexie hook up before seasons end.

Christina: As a total Slexie fan, I want nothing more than for Mark and Lexie to end up together. I get that nothing comes easy, especially for any of Shonda’s characters; however, I’m tired of waiting for something to happen between these two. I just hope Mark makes his decision before season’s end.

Sean: He's not going to start a family with Julia. That being said Mark and Lexie need to really decide if they want to be together or not, because I don't know if I can take Lexie being mopey all next season.

4. Catherine and Webber decide the timing is not right but make plans to get together at the next conference. Should these two work it out? How about making Catherine Avery a regular on the show?

Courtney: I love them! Webber needs something to make him smile after all the hard times he has had. I wouldn't mind seeing Mama Avery more regularly. It could definitely make for some fun scenes with Jackson.

Christina: No, they shouldn’t work it out… at least not anytime soon, anyway. Based on my response, you should know how I feel about the second question. Besides, there are already way too many regulars.

Sean: No thanks. I don't mind her appearing every once in a while, but the cast that we have works just fine. As for the two of them together? I'd rather them wait a bit before coming together again.

5. Meredith, Alex, Jackson, and Cristina passed the boards. Who is going to leave Seattle Grace for another hospital?

Courtney: None of them! Mer has a family and a husband who has a job in Seattle. Alex loves working with Arizona. Jackson wants to learn from Sloan and continue the hottest bromance ever, and Cristina won't leave her person. If anyone is absolutely going to go, it will be Jackson or Cristina.

Christina: Jackson! Maybe he can take April with him.

Sean: Good question but no idea. I want to say none of them? Although, there's always a possibility that one of them will go based on the actors' contracts. Whoever it is, if they go, I hope they get a good send off rather than something abrupt.
