David Anders has signed on for another high-profile guest-starring gig.
The former Alias/24/Heroes/Vampire Diaries star, who is currently recurring as Dr. Whale on Once Upon a Time, will pop up later this season in Starling City.
As reported by Zap2It, the veteran actor will guest star on Episode 13 of Arrow Season 1, coming on board as a villain named Cyrus Vanch.
Look for this career criminal to return to his favorite line of work immediately after a release from prison, earning the ire of Laurel in the process and setting his sights on a certain green-hooded vigilante.
Arrow returns after a brief hiatus with a new episode tomorrow night on The CW.
