It's a good week to be a former One Tree Hill actress.

A few days after Bethany Joy Lenz signed for Dexter Season 8, E! News now confirms that Hilarie Burton will recur this spring on Grey's Anatomy.

The ex-Peyton Sawyer, who also appeared on multiple episodes of White Collar, will debut in May as a craniofacial specialist who visits the hospital to work on a case.
