Aubrey Peeples to Keep It Real on Nashville

Following her last role, Aubrey Peeples should find it easy to navigate the waters of country music.
The actress, who appeared in Syfy's Sharknado and who has also had role on Burn Notice and Necessary Roughness, will recur on Nashville Season 2 as an up-and-coming artist.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Peeples will portray a character named Layla, who is a runner-up in a major reality show/singing competition and who comes across as especially sweet and grateful.
Peeples will debut on Episode 2 of Season 2, which kicks off on September 25 on ABC.
