After last night's emotional Grey's Anatomy premiere, things settle down a bit as Meredith and Derek adjust to life at home with a newborn. At the same time, they find it difficult being away from work.

Meredith, in particular, looks a little sleep-deprived and thrown off.

Meanwhile, Arizona tries to takes steps to fix her broken marriage, Alex and Jo navigate through their new relationship, and Owen clashes with Jackson over financial issues at the hospital.

Also, an anxious April nervously awaits the results of her boards.
