Hannibal Season 3 Snags Zachary Quinto for New Role

at .

Zachary Quinto has been getting all kinds of juicy roles lately, including parts in NBC's The Slap and FX's American Horror Story.

None of them have us as concerned for his fate as does his next role – a patient of Dr. Bedelia De Maurier in Hannibal Season 3.

Zachary Quinto Hannibal

All we know for certain is Quinto will guest star for at least one episode. Whether he'll appear in the present or through flashbacks. He could appear in the future, as well, as in Hannibal Season 3 Episode 8 there will be a significant time jump to allow for a transformation in Will Graham's personal life.

Regardless, we have no doubt whatever the plans for Quinto and his character, he'll knock it out of the park. Would we expect anything less from Hannibal?

If you missed the first two seasons of this spectacular show, you have plenty of time to watch Hannibal online, as it won't return to the schedule until the summer of 2015.

Will: I've never known myself as well as I know myself when I'm with him.

Bedelia: Forgiveness is too great and difficult for one person. It requires two. A betrayer and a betrayed. Which one are you?
Hannibal: I'm vague on those details.
Bedelia: Betrayal and forgiveness are best seen as something akin to falling in love.
Hannibal: You cannot control with respect to whom you fall in love.
