Winter may not be coming to Doctor Who.

But Maisie Williams is on her way to the beloved British drama.

BBC America has unveiled a photo of the Game of Thrones star on the Doctor Who set, confirming her guest-starring role on an upcoming episode.

Maisie Williams on Doctor Who Set

“I'm so excited to be working on Doctor Who as it’s such a big and important part of British Culture," Williams said via statement. "I can’t wait to meet the cast and crew and start filming, especially as we’ll be shooting not too far from my home town.”

No details on the actress' role have been released yet.

Williams, of course, is best known for playing Arya Stark on the aforementioned HBO epic.

Adds Executive Producer Steven Moffat:

"We’re thrilled to have Maisie Williams joining us on Doctor Who. It’s not possible to say too much about who or what she’s playing, but she is going to challenge the Doctor in very unexpected ways.

"This time he might just be out of his depth, and we know Maisie is going to give him exactly the right sort of hell."

You can always watch Doctor Who online via TV Fanatic before it returns with new episodes this fall.

Doctor Who Quotes

Only in darkness are we revealed. [...] Goodness is not goodness that seeks advantage. Good is good in the final hour, in the deepest pit, without hope, without witness, without reward. Virtue is only virtue in extremis. This is what *he* believes, and this is the reason above all I love him, my husband. My madman in a box. My Doctor.

Nardole [quoting River Song]

Gallifreyan Soldier: There was a saying, sir, in the Time War.
Lord President Rassilon: A saying?!
Gallifreyan Soldier: First thing you notice about the Doctor of War is that he is unarmed. For many, it's also the last.
