Days of Our Lives Recap: Brady and Theresa Are Parents!

Kristen’s dead. Theresa’s a mom and JJ’s about to get set up after this week’s Days of Our Lives.
First off, do I really believe Kristen is dead? Short term, yes. Long term…not so much. She’s a DiMera and they never found her body which means that I won’t be shocked if she somehow managed to survive the 500 foot drop into the water and wanders back to Salem months or even years later. Stranger things have happened.
As expected, Theresa didn’t suddenly take nice pills when she became a mother. I have no doubt she loves her son. I also have no doubt she’ll use this permanent connection to Brady to try and push Melanie right out of his life. Unfortunately it’s a road that will only lead to heartache, mostly for Theresa.
Eve decided to set up JJ but her biggest problem was her accomplice. Cole is not the brightest tool in the shed. I’m kind of hoping that the drugs somehow end up in Paige’s possession. That would serve Eve right and might be the only reason why she’d confess her sins, to save her daughter.
One of the best scenes of the week was Justin finding Adrienne in Lucas’ hotel room and his reaction in this Days of Our Lives quote. ..
What is that, turn down service? I don't think anybody was turning anybody down in this room.

Instead of screeching and yelling, we were treated to an argument between three smart characters, each of whom have made mistakes.
The only reason we're together is because you decided to spend the last few months doing the Baroness Von Trapp.
Lucas
I’m thrilled to see Justin back in Salem. I didn’t think I’d enjoy this triangle nearly as much as I am.
Another powerhouse moment was between Will and Aiden. Just when I thought I couldn’t love Aiden more, he told Will to, “Get out of my office, now” with a quiet intimidation that was scary.
With Will on his way to Poplar Bluff, will he find any real dirt on Clyde or end up being a puppet in his PR campaign.
It was wonderful to see Doug and Julie back. I wish they’d cut their cruising short and stick around Salem a little more. What a shame to see Hope and Aiden’s fun day end in an argument. I hope they don’t drag out the drama over Clyde being Aiden’s client and Hope trying to take him down. Hope asking Aiden to drop him was just stupid.
Finally, we get to Daniel and Nicole. I couldn’t believe that Daniel thought Nicole being mad at him for more than five minutes was silly when he’s been tearing her down for months. Any sane woman would have dumped him long ago.
