Beauty and the Beast Season 3 Episode 11 Review: Unbreakable

History has a way of repeating itself.

On Beauty and the Beast Season 3 Episode 11, Cat found out a huge secret about Liam which changes everything. Meanwhile, Liam blackmailed Vincent into helping him, but things got a little dicey when the two beasts started fighting it out.

Let's not waste anymore time and discuss "Unbreakable."

Why the heck did they park the car Vincent was using to move JT to another safe house so far away? If Liam was planning on attacking, he would have attacked both Vincent and JT. There really is no such thing as a safe house especially considering Liam was able to get to JT rather quickly.

So apparently no one thought it was a good idea to clue Heather in on what was going on while she was gone. It really can't be that hard to pick up a phone or send a texts letting her know another beast is terrorizing them, and they aren't sure how to stop him – maybe she would have stayed in London a little longer and avoided the beast war.

Thank you Liam for basically saying what many have thought – a kill is a kill. In Vincent's case he has always tried to do the right thing, but in all honesty, him killing people lands in a very gray area. Vincent and Liam have the same instincts and urge to kill, but Liam decided to be a psychopath and Vincent found love.

Vincent: We're nothing alike. You're a cold blooded killer.
Liam: And you're not? Tell me, Vincent, how many people have you killed?
Cat: It's not the same thing. Vincent doesn't kill innocent people. He doesn't blow hospitals up.
Liam: A kill is a kill, just like a beast a beast. Let's face it, the only thing keeping him from being more like me is you. It's a thin line brother.

Liam was right when it came to the possibility of DHS finding out about beasts – things would be over for everyone. It was smart of Liam to blackmail and claim he sent Vincent's blood to DHS because there is no way Vincent would have gone along with him; though please stay away from JT from now on.

Thank goodness Vincent immediately mentioned the serum poisoning to JT instead of beating around the bush. JT's reasoning on why he didn't want them to know made sense, but they also need to work on finding a cure. There would be nothing wrong with going after Liam and trying to save JT's life as well.

It wasn't a huge shock hearing Liam is Helen's relative. Why else would such a distinguished family protect him? Cat could have easily found this information out without corning Helen and getting herself carted out by security. Is Heather the only one who looks into ancestry?

The whole twist of having Liam be the beast from 1854 was beyond ridiculous. This story continues to get more and more bizarre each week. Thankfully Liam is a relatively awesome villain and is a strong match against Vincent.

In the end, Cat and Heather clued Vincent in on what they found out about Liam. JT finally told Tess the truth about what he has been going through and she is positive they will figure something out.

What did you think of the Liam twist? Do you think Tess and JT will be able to find a cure before it's too late? Are you ready for Vincent and Cat to get married already?

Don't feel bad if you missed out. You can watch Beauty and the Beast online via TV Fanatic and catch up on the entire season before the finale.

Next week on Beauty and the Beast Season 3 Episode 12, Cat and Vincent make the decision to go after Liam once and for all. Will they be able to defeat the ancient beast? Find out next Thursday, August 20 at 8/7c on The CW.

[talking about Cat and Vincent] The yin and yang of love, that's a beautiful thing. I envy that.
