TV Ratings Report: Did Empire Stop Bleeding?

Fox's Empire is not the force it once was, but it's still the number one show on the network. 

Fox: Empire (6.6 million/2.3 rating) ticked up, while Shots Fired (3.6 million/0.9 rating) matched last week's fast affiliate demo tally. 

CBS: Survivor (8.2 million/1.7 rating) was even, while Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (5.9 million/0.9 rating & 5 million/0.8 rating) was on par with recent airings. 

ABC: The Goldbergs (4.1 million/0.9 rating), Speechless (3.6 million/0.9 rating), Modern Family (4 million/1.0 rating) and Blackish (3.6 million/1.0 rating) were in encores, while Designated Survivor (5.3 million/1.1 rating) was stable. 

NBC: It was encores of Law & Order: SVU (4.2 million/0.8 rating) and Chicago PD (4 million/0.8 rating). 

The CW: It was encores of Arrow (0.9 million/0.2 rating) and Whose Line Is It Anyway (0.7 million/0.2 rating).
