Once Upon a Time Casts Riverdale Actress as Zelena's Daughter

at .

Zelena is returning to Once Upon a Time, and it looks like a considerable amount of time will have passed for her since we last saw her on Once Upon a Time Season 7

According to TV Line, Tiera Skovbye will be playing Zelena's daughter, Robin, in a recurring capacity during the current season of the fantasy drama series.

The character is described as " a strong-willed good girl turned rebel who is struggling to define her identity. As the daughter of powerful parents, she can never seem to escape their shadows, which drives her crazy. Tired of towing the line, Robin is ready to break out into the world and find her own adventure."

If you watch Once Upon a Time online, you will already know that the action has been taking place in Hyperion Heights as opposed to Storybrooke, so it should be fun to find out whether Zelena and her daughter are also stuck inside the latest curse.

Aside from that, it will be great to see Rebecca Mader back on our screens.

Tiera currently stars on The CW's Riverdale as Polly Cooper, Betty's older sister. If you watch Riverdale online, you will already know that the character left town on a recent episode.

With the rising murders in town, she decided it was safer for her and her unborn child to be as far away from the town as possible. Could her casting on Once Upon a Time be a clue that Polly could be killed off sooner rather than later?

It would be a dark twist to kill her off while she's pregnant, but Riverdale is not the type of show to hold back.

Tiera has previously appeared on Arrow, Supernatural and Dead of Summer

Over to you, Once Upon a Time Fanatics! What do you think of this exciting casting announcement? Should we be worried about Polly Cooper?
