Grey's Anatomy Round Table: Will Owen FINALLY Find Happiness?!

at .

Jackson is in love, and he wasn't afraid to let his mother and Richard know it on Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 16

Also, Jo talked Meredith into continuing her study, April lost it on the interns, and Owen went in search of Teddy.

Join TV Fanatics Stacy Glanzman, Paul Dailly, and Jasmine Blue as they discuss the latest Grey's Anatomy!

Does it bother you that April continues to spiral downward and no one around her notices or does anything about it?

Stacy: No, honestly I didn't even think about it. Jackson has noticed and is trying to get through to her, and being that they have a kid together, he's the one that would be the most concerned. I'm guessing something big will happen eventually and everyone will wonder how they missed it.

Paul: It bothers me a lot. I don't know whether people like Owen know something is wrong, but they're too scared to say anything in case it sends her further down that slippery slope. It wouldn't hurt to have a scene of some characters conversing about it though.

Jasmine: Yes! I agree with Paul. You would expect a conversation or something about her behavior. Jackson made a few attempts, but Arizona, Owen, and DeLuca have all noticed her behavior and haven't said or did anything about it.

Arizona and Owen are her closest friends, but they have been too preoccupied with their own stuff to do anything. Richard and Bailey should have checked in a couple of times because of her off behavior and losing Matthew's wife. It's driving me crazy!

On a scale of 1 to 10, how thrilled are you that Meredith and Jo are continuing with their study?

Stacy: 7. I'd probably be more thrilled if I actually believed there was a chance they wouldn't, but I think we all knew Meredith would change her mind. I feel like so far they've spent most of the focus on their study. I want to see what progress Richard has made on his magic wand.

Paul: 7. I'm with Stacy on this one. It would have been frustrating if they pulled the plug entirely. I'm glad they're continuing with it, but there was no way they wouldn't.

Jasmine: Agree with the others. I also would love to know more about the others studies. You're right, Stacy, Richard's study has been non-existent so far.

After a conversation with Amelia, Owen was inspired to go looking for Teddy to confess his feelings for her. React.

Stacy: It makes sense. It happened faster than I thought, but it was only a matter of time before feelings got in the way of Owen and Amelia's tryst.

If it made Owen finally realize that he wants to be with Teddy, then good for him. I hope it works out for them. I wouldn't mind if Teddy came back to the show.

Paul: I agree. Owen needed this realization to figure out what he really wants in life, and unfortunately for Amelia, that's not her.

It will be hard for her to see Owen move on with Teddy, but Amelia needs to forge a path of her own. They both deserve to be happy, and it's clear that the stress of being a relationship does not work for Owen and Amelia when they're together.

Jasmine: This has been a long time coming. Can Owen be happy now? I swear I don't want any more angst from this man. I fully support this Teddy and Owen development.

What are your thoughts on Richard and Catherine discovering the truth about Maggie and Jackson? Are you surprised that Jackson's feelings for Maggie are so strong and serious?

Stacy: I thought it was funny. They literally just started dating, so it does feel like it's moving pretty fast with the parents already finding out. He's had these feelings for awhile though, so even though they're just now acting on them, they've been growing stronger.

Paul: Yeah, it was funny, but at the same time, I could see where Catherine was coming from when she worried about what it could do to the family. Jackson has not been shy about his feelings, and he's acted on them relatively quickly. So, I'm not really surprised. He knows Maggie is the one for him.

Jasmine: It made for a few funny scenes, but I also hated how unprofessional they came across while working through their issues.

I guess I'm the only one surprised at how deeply Jackson feels for Maggie. I knew they were attracted to one another, and he wanted to date her, but I didn't realize that he fell so hard for her. It's not remotely casual for him at all, and that caught me off guard. I also wonder if Maggie's feelings for him are as strong as his feelings seem to be for her.

Do you think Arizona will choose to relocate to New York so that Sofia can be closer to Callie?

Stacy: Yeah, I assumed that the second I heard she was leaving the show. It's the easiest way to write her off, and it would be tragic if little Sofia lost another parent (even if she doesn't remember Mark).

Paul: It would be the most organic exit for Arizona, but I'm still mad about it. Sofia is hurting and since Callie is definitely not returning, it makes sense.

Jasmine: How am I supposed to form an answer for this when you gutted me with that Mark comment, Stacy?! Um, yeah, I assumed she would move. I wanted something less predictable, but it looks like she's moving, though.

What was your favorite moment?

Stacy: I enjoyed all the moments between Arizona and Sofia, which we haven't seen in awhile. I'm sad that she's going to be leaving. I also enjoyed Bailey geeking out over her patient.

Paul: The awkward moment when Jaggie got caught, and the subsequent "Good luck with your vagina" comment from Maggie. It was golden.

Good luck with your vagina.

Maggie [to Catherine]

Jasmine: I liked Arizona and Sofia opening and closing the episode. We haven't seen Sofia in a bit, and it's nice to see those moments with Arizona.
