Grace Park is returning to primetime TV.
According to Deadline, the former Hawaii Five-0 star has joined the cast of upcoming ABC drama series, A Million Little Things.
The actress replaces Anne Son in the series regular role of Katherine.
A Million Little Things is a "Dramedy about a group of friends who, for different reasons and in different ways, are all stuck in their lives, but when one of them dies unexpectedly, it’s just the wake-up call the others need to finally start living."
Park joins a cast that includes David Giuntoli, Ron Livingston, Romany Malco, Allison Miller, Christina Moses, Christina Ochoa, James Roday, Stephanie Szostak and Lizzy Green.
The series has been given the Wednesday at 10/9c slot on the network's fall schedule, replacing Designated Survivor, which was canceled after two seasons earlier this year.
Park most recently appeared on CBS drama Hawaii Five-0. She served as a series regular from 2010-17 but exited after it was reported that she declined a salary raise to stay with the show for Season 8.
“Daniel and Grace have been important and valued members of “Hawaii Five-0” for seven seasons,” CBS said in a statement last July.
“We did not want to lose them and tried very hard to keep them with offers for large and significant salary increases. While we could not reach an agreement, we part ways with tremendous respect for their talents on screen, as well as their roles as ambassadors for the show off screen, and with hopes to work with them again in the near future.”
Park's exit from the series alongside Daniel Dae Kim was a controversial one for the series, and fans were not impressed because the departure news broke after they filmed their final scenes.
