Both Magnus and Jace deal with matters of the heart on Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 19.

Considering that Alec has left Magnus for a reason unknown to him, and Clary has left Jace to join her brother, it makes sense that neither of them is having the time of their lives.

Clary has fully embraced both the darkness and Jonathan and has become entirely unpredictable.

Jace, of course, refuses to give up on her and pretends to join Clary and Jonathan on their latest mission.

Despite her brother's hold on her, Clary's love for Jace manages to shine through the darkness, and she believes Jace would never betray her.

But Jonathan isn't convinced that Jace is actually on their side, and remains incredibly suspicious of him.

Although unknown to Clary, Jace is in contact with Alec the entire time while Izzy races to reforge Glorious and separate Clary and Jonathan once and for all.

But will they succeed?

It's not that we want Clary to be under Jonathan's spell, but dark clary is rather endearing, and we couldn't help but enjoy ourselves just a little.

She's just as badass as the real Clary but has an edgier side to her. It must have have been fun for Katherine McNamara to play around with that.

Kat nails it, and she is unquestioningly the scene stealer of Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 19.

Jace has been able to pull Clary back from the edge in the past, but that was before she surrendered to the darkness completely.

Can he get her back? Or is Clary doomed?

Now it's time to discuss what everyone is wondering about: Magnus and Alec.

Prepare to be just as heartbroken as Magnus when you turn on your televisions Monday night.

Following through with his side of the deal, Asmodeus returns Magnus' magic and claims he wants to be a father to his son again.

But as it turns out, Magnus' magic wasn't the primary source of his happiness after all. Because even with his powers restored, Magnus is utterly miserable.

Still reeling from their breakup, Magnus spends a large majority of Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 19 walking around the city in misery, and reliving moments that he and Alec had shared.

Some of these moments are ones we've already seen, and some are new to the audience. In all honesty, both are equally painful.

Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 19 is a real atonement to how deep Magnus' love for Alec goes.

As someone points out to him, he has loved many times over the centuries and has eventually moved on from the heartbreak.

But Alec is different, and Magnus is feeling a type of pain from which he doesn't think he can ever recover. That's why he begs Brother Zachariah to erase his memories of Alec once and for all.

Will he do it? The only advice we can give you is to keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.

It would be rude of us not to mention Sizzy, especially after that almost kiss on Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 18.

Shadowhunters is finally done dancing around their relationship and is providing fans with some great content.

Simon and Isabelle have both become acutely aware of their feelings for each other, and it adds a special spark to all of their scenes.

We love all the ships on Shadowhunters, but there is no denying that Simon and Isabelle are the winners of the "most precious" category.

Remember when we said last week was our favorite Sizzy moment? Well, this one topped it purely because of the amount of adorableness they were able to fit into one particular scene.
