Criminal Minds may be coming to close, but that doesn't mean Paget Brewster is leaving CBS behind.
The actress took to Twitter on Tuesday to reveal that she will be appearing on Mom Season 7.
"Grey short hair and still getting cast on other TV shows is extremely rewarding! Maybe Hollywood isn’t so bad," the popular actress said while sharing the following photo:
"are you allowed to give us any hints on what show?" one fan asked, prompting Brewster to tweet the following:
"I guested on an episode of @MomCBS last night," Brewster teased.
"And everyone was so welcoming, hilarious, and kind ! @AnnaKFaris @theJaimePressly @AllisonBJanney @MimiKennedyLA @thekjohnston @bethhall and @GemmaRBaker."
"I loved every second of it!"
Mom star Anna Faris then wrote the following:
"I love you!"
The news certainly went down well with fans of the actress who reacted with a whole lot of Gifs and compliments.
TV Line later revealed that the actress will appear in at least two episodes of Mom Season 7, meaning that there's the possibility of more appearances down the line.
The outlet reports that the actress will play Christy's new boss at the law firm, and her name will be Veronica.
The actress is coming off a lengthy stint on Criminal Minds which is slated to wrap up with its fifteenth and final season in 2020.
That final season will comprise just ten episodes but will wrap up the storylines for all of the characters on the series.
Brewster is also part of the voice cast of DuckTales as Della Duck and will also be lending her voice to Birdgirl on the upcoming animated series.
As for Mom, there's no end in sight. The series is the network's second-highest-rated comedy series.
It makes sense then that the network announced a two-season renewal for the series earlier this year, meaning it will be on the air through 2021.
Mom Season 7 debuts September 26 on CBS.
