Drew Barrymore is set to take the world of Daytime TV by storm.

The actress has closed a deal with CBS Television Distribution to bring a daytime talk show to the masses.

The talk show has been in the works for some time, with the show filming a pilot back in August.

It appears the pilot tested well given that a full-fledged series is now slated to air in Fall 2020.

“It is beyond my wildest dreams to have this opportunity for a daily talk show,” Barrymore said via statement. “I’m truly thrilled and honored to be creating this show with CBS.”

On the TV front, she appeared as a series regular on all three seasons of Santa Clarita Diet, which was canceled earlier this year at Netflix.

That particular garnered strong reviews, with Barrymore getting much of the praise for her portrayal of a zombie realtor.

Barrymore also starred as Brian's girlfriend, Jillian, on FOX's Family Guy for several years.

Then there was CBS' ill-fated The World's Best, on which Drew appeared as a judge alongside RuPaul and Faith Hill.

“Drew is a huge star and a breath of fresh air — her show will energize any station’s lineup,” Steve LoCascio, chief operating and financial officer of CBS Global Distribution Group, said in a statement.
