Is it just me, or does it look like Louis' plan might not go over as well as expected. Making waves with other senior partners isn't always a good idea, and Jessica doesn't appear to be all smiles in this picture. Why else would these two name partners be at the office so late at night, unless something has gone wrong?
Has there ever been a more imposing image than that of Jessica Pearson in high heels, a pencil skirt, and a blazer staring you down like she just KNOWS you've done something wrong. She should have been a criminal prosecutor, I'm pretty sure the perps would have taken one look at her and confessed to every crime they ever committed!
Rachel isn't the only one helping Louis with is plot to take down Jack Soloff! We'll get too see both Rachel and Donna work together to weaken the senior partner's hold on Pearson Specter Litt. In this photo, Rachel is hard at work, creating a plan to help Louis make his move.
With Louis on a warpath, it might be prudent for Jessica to keep a watchful eye on him. She told him to repair the damage done to his and Harvey's relationship, but Louis tends to turn good intentions into major mistakes. If this managing partner doesn't want another war on her hands, she better keep her guard up.
Who better to help Louis in his plot to take down Jack Soloff than the brilliant Rachel Zane? Honestly, we've missed the friendship between these two the past few episodes, no matter how amazing it is to see Rachel spend time with Jessica. They make a formidable team, so Jack Soloff might want to watch his back!
Louis holds a lot of power at the firm now, especially on the compensation board as we saw earlier this season. Naturally, in order to show his support for Harvey, he concocts a plan to go after the thorn in his best friend's side -- Jack Soloff. Will that end in victory or disaster for Louis? Too soon to tell!
When Jessica orders Louis to mend fences with Harvey, he takes those orders to heart. After all, Harvey did just help his sister with her divorce! But what will Louis' plan be to get back in Harvey's good graces! Let's just hope that he plays a clean game this time...
Who else thinks Mike and Harvey will have opposing opinions on Tanner? Mike has always been a believer in goodness and optimism and doing the right thing. If Tanner claims to be changed, Mike might be inclined to believe him, despite all his past crimes. Harvey on the other hand... well that might be an issue for the two of them to talk out.
Will Mike and Harvey talk about that near miss Harvey had with his panic attack earlier this season? Mike has been understandably distracted with his class action suit, but if Harvey has another episode while going up against Tanner, we doubt Mike will keep his mouth shut. Those two need to hash it out!
It's been a few episodes since we saw Mike and Harvey team up on a case, but Tanner presents the perfect opportunity to see the team get back together. Harvey appears to be in good spirits in this photo, but we'll see how long that lasts. Prolonged contact with Travis Tanner tends to make Harvey pretty surly pretty fast!
If this guy has turned over a new leaf, then I'm waiting to see pigs flying outside the Pearson Specter Litt offices any day now. Honestly, I'd be surprised if Tanner's story about being a changed man turned out to be true, but we'll have to see if Harvey shares my cynicism. Could he actually give Tanner another chance?
What do you want to bet that Harvey is detailing every sordid detail of Tanner's past to the judge presiding over their most recent case in this picture. With a laundry list a mile long of missteps and mistakes, Tanner might be in trouble if Harvey decides he's out for blood.
Mike: I'm just going to say it. Every time we go up against Tanner, it gets brutal. You just had a panic attack the other day, so are you sure this is really what you need right now. Harvey: It's exactly what I need right now.
