Reid: Guys if you think about it, even the dates mean something. In 2004, while she was wreaking havoc abroad, he was dishonorably discharged. Then in 2008, they likely met in Chad. And now this, in 2012.
Morgan: OK so is it a coincidence that those are all election years and they attacked DC? Maybe this is a political statement.
Prentiss: No, it's more personal than that. It's their story.

Prentiss: Of course Will thought Matthew was a hostage. Why wouldn't he? There's a good chance Will tried to help him out. Told him when to go for the doors, or offered to be a hostage to save the others.
Rossi: I'm sure he did.
Morgan: There's a flip side to this. This guy could've gotten into Will's head. "Is there anything you want to tell your family in case you don't make it?"
Rossi: You think Will told him about JJ and Henry?
Hotch: Unknowingly.
Rossi: What's wrong?
JJ: Will's license is gone. They know where we live.

Prentiss: Their obsession in killing and domination has culminated in what we've seen today.
Reid: Getting out of the disaster they've created, classic (inaudible)philiacs.
Morgan: And this isn't over.
Rossi: Far from it.
Hotch: Now that they've gotten this far, where do they go next?

Reid: She's struck all over the world, which says she might not be American. But her ideology certainly speaks to Washington. Whatever point she and her partner are making, it's important that DC is the setting.
Prentiss: The brothers were from Philadelphia, it's possible the other partner might be homegrown as well.
Strauss: Homeland's sending over a list of possibilities.
Hotch: They won't be on that list.
Strauss: Then how would we find them?
Hotch: We find the common denominator in all 14 robberies and we go from there.

JJ: Will's with them. I found his wallet.
Hotch: It benefits them to keep Will alive.
Morgan: They must have a safe house set up.
Prentiss: Whoever their outside man is, that's where they're heading now.
JJ: But where? What's their end game?
Rossi: There's no logical reason, they want to create panic.

Strauss: As agent Hotchner told you, they want you to admire them. Leaving the cameras on was their way to brag about how much fear they were creating.
Hotch: We need to know what happened. Specifically the UnSubs' behavior in the minutes leading up to the blast. You'll be interviewing the survivors. They'll be in various stages of shock, but any information you might get could be the key to apprehending these suspects.

Hotch: Reasoning with them is still our best option.
Rossi: That'll be difficult. Chris just lost his brother and murdered somebody in retaliation. We have two killers now.
Garcia: We have problems sirs. Outside, nefarious sources have hacked into the server. I'm trying to ID them now. At least a couple of them are media outlets.
Hotch: Can we block them?
Garcia: Not without blocking ourselves too, sir.

Hotch: Looks like they weren't very successful criminals.
Strauss: Maybe adding a woman to their team improved their game.
Reid: The woman kills a different type of victim every time. It's not just the security guard. A mother, a manager and a young child.
JJ: She shoots them in the gut. They bleed out while they rob the bank.
Prentiss: She's sadistic. She gets off on her victims pain and the fear and insights in those around her.

Rossi: They're using the hostages as human shields.
JJ: This is the first time they've been interrupted. What went wrong?
Prentiss: It's a big bank. It's possible they weren't able to round everybody up before someone triggered an alarm.
Morgan: Why haven't they cut the feed now that they're cornered? Letting us see inside gives us a tactical advantage. They gotta know that.
Hotch: They don't seem to care.
JJ: They're over confident. Arrogant even.
Reid: Face card masks add to their persona. The royalty of poker.

Will: It's definitely them. I only saw the King and the Jack, but I figure the Queen is inside, too.
Hotch: The media's calling them the face cards. Seven robberies in seven months. They killed one person at each robbery.
Rossi: MO?
Hotch: Single gunshot wound and each of the victims has bled out.
Prentiss: Serial killers with a 30 day cooling off period and we're just hearing about this now?

Morgan: What are you afraid the place is going to fall down?
Prentiss: I'm afraid it's never going to be as strong as it was.
Morgan: OK somebody's heart isn't into it. What's going on?
Prentiss: I don't know. When I first came here, I felt like I was home. And now, it's just an uphill battle. People kill for opportunities like this. Am I crazy?
Morgan: You've got to do what's best for you. Follow your gut. What's it trying to tell you?

Garcia: Kevin brought another woman. I'm plotting revenge. Do you want to help?
Agent Rossi: No. Now you know I love you both, but this is Saturday and it is my day off. I prefer to love you from afar. So, have fun. It's my bedtime.
Dr. Reid: It's 9am.
Rossi: You're judging me?

Criminal Minds Season 7 Quotes

Agent Rossi: Have you ever been in the field?
Senator Cramer: I have, but I'm not the one on trial here.
Rossi: Then maybe you can imagine what it was like to find Emily Prentiss dying at the hands of Ian Doyle. Now ask yourself, was it wrong for him to want to take him out?

Garcia: This would've been a heck of a lot easier had he gone digital.
Morgan: Garcia there's an art to this. This guy was meticulous, definitely a control freak.
Garcia: Yeah, he's dead. He couldn't control that.
