IZZIE: "Oh, my god. Cristina, you will not believe what I just did! I'm gonna tell you, but you're not gonna believe it. You're gonna think I made the whole thing up."
CRISTINA: "You're back? Is Meredith back?"
IZZIE: "I drilled a hole into this guy's skull. Several holes, actually. With a drill that I borrowed from a guy named Vince, packed the whole with freakin' tissue then brought him back here. Now I get to scrub in on his craniotomy."
CRISTINA: "So you haven't seen Meredith?"
IZZIE: "It was like a ride. This crazy roller coaster ride with adrenaline shooting out of my ears. You would think that my hands would have been shaking, but they weren't. There was no shaking. Did I mention the drill?"
CRISTINA: "Okay, Izzie. I get it. You're a hero, I am jealous. But I need to know where the hell Meredith is."
IZZIE: "Okay... I don't know where the hell Meredith is. But she should be back here. I didn't see her at the scene. The scene where I was a rock star by the way. Did I mention that I'm off probation?"
CRISTINA: [glares]
IZZIE: "Rock star!"
MIRANDA: "What happens when the happy mother in there wakes up after surgery and her son isn't there to greet her? What then? How are you gonna explain that, O'Malley?"
GEORGE: "If she wakes up after surgery because my lie helped save her life, I'm okay with that, Dr. Bailey."
GEORGE: "He's lost. Or... or... "
MIRANDA: "He's in the water."
GEORGE: [silent]
MIRANDA: "So when she wakes up, I get to inform her that she is not going to die... she's just going to want to die."
GEORGE: "I'm sorry, I can... keep looking."
MIRANDA: "Yeah, you do that."
ALEX: "I would notice."
ADDISON: "What?"
ALEX: "I would notice...if you were missing, I would notice."
MIRANDA: "Derek! Derek! How long has she been down?"
DEREK: "I don't know. She's alive. She's alive..."
MIRANDA: "What do we got?"
PARAMEDIC: "Jane Doe. She's hypothermic and dropping."
DEREK: "She's not Jane Doe. It's Meredith Grey. It's Meredith!"
PRESTON: "Meredith. This is about Meredith."
CRISTINA: "She doesn’t know yet."
PRESTON: "Meredith?"
CRISTINA: "She’s my person."
PRESTON: "Right. And if Meredith doesn’t approve, then what?"
CRISTINA: "This... this is not about getting her approval, it's about…"
PRESTON: "What?"
CRISTINA: "Telling her makes it, makes it…. If I murdered someone she’s the person I’d call to help me drag the corpse across the living room floor."
PRESTON: "Okay, now you’re likening someone here to a corpse. I’m done."
CRISTINA: "She’s my person."
PRESTON: "What is your problem?"
CRISTINA: "Everyone’s back. Everyone’s back except her. And I listen to her. Everyday, about her McLove life. Her McDreamy, her McCrap. And the one day, the one day I have a thing she disappears."
