Barb is a finalist for "Mother of the Year" and Bill is asked to become a member of the Salt Lake City Leadership League. The sister wives all do their respective wills.
Barb gets an unexpected visit from her sister, Cindy, who disapproves of their polygamous lifestyle. With his feud with Roman intensifying, Bill attempts to pre-empt him by infilitrating the UEB Priesthood Council.
Bill, having learned about Nicki's credit card debt, wants to throw a party for Don's potential new fourth wife, Betty, but the debt weighs heavily on him.
Having been evicted, Frank, his wives, and Joey and his wife all look to stay at Bill's just in time for Easter.
Despite his problems with Roman, Bill considers running an expensive ad campaign for the Home Plus. Barb finds out about Nicki's credit card debt.
Bill attends the funeral of his father's first wife, Roberta, at the Juniper Creek compound. While there, he strikes a settlement with Roman.
Nicki suspects Bill is having an affair and looking for a fourth wife while Margene gets lonely and befriends her neighbor, Pam.

Bill gets a new security system at home, Nicki's extravagant birthday party for Wayne is forced to be at home, Margene meets her mother-in-law, and there's a break in at the hardware store.
Bill has over his business partner, Don Embry, and Don's three wives for a dinner party. Bill turns to viagra to deal with pressure from work affecting his home life.
As Bill prepares to open a second "Home Plus" store, he hits a roadblock from Roman, the leader of the Juniper Creek compound. Meanwhile, Bill's estranged brother Joey calls him with some shocking news about their father, who lives on the compound.
