Blue Bloods Season 10 Episode 16 revolves around Danny's quest to get a guy who is vandalizing police cars.

Danny takes it personally when he finds someone has spray painted the word PIG on his car, especially because security cameras turn up nothing. A news report shows this guy is hitting a lot of police cars.

Eventually, Danny and Baez find out who this guy is. He is an honors student whose brother died in custody last year. Danny continues to take it personally and storms angrily to the kid's apartment, getting into it more than once with a neighbor.

Meanwhile, after Erin is in a car accident, she re-evaluates everything in her life. She goes to see Jack and says he hurt her, then wanders out. Nicky comes to visit and Erin tells her about the accident but insists she is fine. Later, she blows up at Sunday dinner and says she can't deal with all the doom and gloom stories.

While on duty, Eddie finds this dog that leads her and Witten to a criminal. Eddie wants to keep the dog, which Jamie is opposed to. The dog runs away from them and leads them to another criminal.

Finally, Frank goes toe-to-toe with Mayor Chase over getting more cops on the force.
