DC's Legends of Tomorrow Details

When heroes alone are not enough ... the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known?

The spinoff will feature an all-star cast from Arrow and The Flash, including Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer/ATOM), Caity Lotz, Wentworth Miller (Leonard Snart/Captain Cold), Dominic Purcell (Mick Rory/Heatwave), Victor Garber (Martin Stein), Ciara Renee (Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl and Arthur Darvill (Rip Hunter).

Season 2 saw the addition of Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Amaya Jiwe/Vixen and Nick Zano as Nate Heywood/Citizen Steel, as the Hawkpeople left, Captain Cold perished at the end of Season 1 and Rip Hunter is MIA.

As the saviors of time itself, hunting down aberrations and ensuring they're not destructive to the future, the Legends have met and acted in conjunction with the Justics Society of America and will find themselves facing a future Legion of Doom, made up of ne'er do wells fans know all too well.
