When you watch Grimm Season 6 Episode 12, Team Grimm tries to figure out what to do after Nick goes through the mirror portal after Eve. The situation grows ever more dire after they realize that the whole thing was a trap to lure Nick there so that the diabolical skull-faced monster trapped there can escape. And this is exactly what comes to pass -- precisely as prophesied -- after an overly-helpful Diana reopens the mirror portal in an attempt to rescue Nick and Eve. The skull-faced creature, Zerstörer, also comes through the portal, though he emerges elsewhere in the city and promptly begins killing anyone who stands in his path. It's up to Team Grimm to attempt to avert the prophecy and stop Zerstörer from taking Diana as his shaphat, child bride, and destroying the world with a reign of evil. They must come up with a plan to keep her safe while simultaneously devising a way to destroy Zerstörer, who thus far has proven impervious to any weapon used against him. What will happen?
