Brody has reached the end of his fugitive journey and finds himself shot by Colombians and saved by Venezuelans.  That is where he is being kept for the time being, shot up with heroin to ease his pain and shut him up.  He tries to escape, but fails.

Carrie continues to go insane in the psych ward.  She wants to get back in good with Saul, but it is those opposing him that try to get her out and get her to turn on the CIA. She declines.
