After helping a man propose and fulfilling his mission, Kevin see the same butterfly he saw after helping Reese earlier in the year. Seeing the butterfly later, Kevin follows it and it leads him to an art class led by Ethan. 

Kevin learns that Ethan is petrified of displaying his artwork and he offers to take him to an exhibit himself to help him get over his fright. This ends up being on the same day as Reese's play. 

With Yvette away for a few days, Dave offers to help Ethan so Kevin can go to the play. It is then revealed that the warriors of God can reveal themselves to humans. 

Yvette meets with Ava, who informs her that Dave is the one who told the others not to follow Yvette. 

Kevin and Yvette subsequently have a falling out over her lying to him. She then goes to confront Dave who admits that he gave up everything to follow Yvette and he now doesn't believe that they will find anymore righteous souls. 

After some soul searching, Kevin decides that he wants to continue the mission. He helps Ethan with a small art exhibit and he sees a vision of butterflies following a man in Laos.
