Brooke and the girls wake up hungover and they can't remember what happened at the bachelorette party the night before.  Quinn has a pierced tongue, Brooke can't find her engagement ring, and Millie got a tattoo, so they set out to figure out what happened.

Brooke also has Dave Navarro's phone number on her leg, so she, Haley, and Sylvia head to the arena to see if Brooke's ring is at the concert Navarro was supposed to be playing the night before.  The box office tells them it was canceled because he was out riding a bull with a bachelorette party.

Millie, Alex, and Quinn head to the tattoo parlor where they find out Millie had the nickname "Boots" before she got her tattoo of boots on her lower back.  They then find out that they stole a dog so they go to return it, but when they get there they see that they vandalized Nathan's professor's house, so they leave.

Brooke finds out that she was making out with some dude at a bar, and then Dave Navarro makes it seem like they slept together. She thinks that Julian will never forgive her, but then realizes that the condoms were used for a water balloon fight, not sleeping with Dave Navarro.

Nathan returns the dog that the girls stole from his professor.  Professor Kellerman tries to give Nathan a hard time for the vandalism of his property, but Nate comes back with some words from the teacher's book and proves that he is worthy of being in his class.

Brooke apologizes to Julian for all she did wrong the night before, but he explains that he was the one that she kissed, and he had her engagement ring the whole time.  He then takes her to see the church that he, Haley, and yes Sylvia were setting up for the wedding.
