Victoria plans a family reunion for David and Charlotte in order to use her daughter to further gain David's trust. She needs him to take out Emily Thorne, the thorn in her side, so that she can rule the Hamptons once again.

When Emily appears at the cabin where they're hiding, Victoria confronts Emily with a shotgun. Emily dares Victoria to shoot but notices that Victoria seems to be waiting for someone or something, but she has no idea what. Emily tells Charlotte that her secret about the fire at the Stowaway is safe.

Later, Victoria tells David about Emily's visit but asks him to stay behind at the cabin to keep Charlotte safe while she goes into town to find money so they can move.

A major focus of Revenge Season 4 Episode 3 was on Victoria's attempts to get money out of various people. Finally, she has success with Margaux and agrees to call the money she's borrowing a loan, promising to pay it back. Margaux is eager to help because of her new relationship with Daniel.
