Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles picks up after the end of the Terminator 2: Judgement Day movie. The story follows Sarah Connor (Lena Headey) and her son John Connor (Thomas Dekker) as they fight for survival against Skynet and its Terminators it sends back in time to stop them.
The Sarah Connor Chronicles also features Cameron (Summer Glau), a terminator sent back in time to protect John Connor, James Ellison (Richard T. Jones) a FBI agent persuing Sarah Connor, and Derek Reese (Brian Austin Green), a resistence fighter and John's Uncle.
