Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) go over to Kevin's (Greg Rikaart) to try to convince him not to marry Jana (Emily O'Brien).

JT (Thad Luckinbill) and Brad (Don Diamont) are at Victoria's (Amelia Heinle) side, while Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor (Eric Braeden) are in the nursery, looking at the baby. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) brings Summer over to the hospital to visit Nick (Joshua Morrow).

Jack's (Peter Bergman) Senate ethics committee hearing is about to begin and Sharon (Sharon Case) is upset with him for releasing Ji Min's audio tape to the police. He tells her that she doesn't have to stay.

Gloria (Judith Chapman) and Jill (Jess Walton) are in attendance to gawk at what they hope to be their foe's public humiliation, and also to testify when the time comes. The hearing is just about to get going when Jack notices John Abbott's ghost (Jerry Douglas) entering the room...

Michael and Lauren have lunch at the GCAC, but they can't get their minds off of Kevin. Jill and Gloria scheme about the measures that they can undertake to make sure Jack goes down. The hearing continues.

Jana reports to Kevin that her CT scan went well. She doesn't have a new tumor after all, and the little bit of tumor that they couldn't take out during the first surgery hasn't grown or changed at all.

Ben advises Jack to use Ji Min's tape in the hearing, but Sharon tells him not to. Ben calls Maggie (Tammy Lauren) who's having coffee with Paul (Doug Davidson).

Jack is questioned about his involvement with Ji Min's death. They play an audio recording of the conversation Ben had with Maggie.

Nick says they switched the fetus to a high-frequency ventilator, which will allow the baby to get more oxygen. Nick is terribly worried.

Lauren asks Kevin about how his visit with Jana went.  Kevin says that Jana wants to say yes to his marriage proposal, but hasn't yet.

Maggie tells Paul that because of the tape he got from Ben, she can now get a search warrant for Victor Newman's residence and person.

Jill testifies next. She makes an impassioned appeal that Jack Abbott is a travesty. After her testimony, Gloria approaches Jack and Sharon to gloat.

Kevin tells Michael and Lauren that the odds of Jana getting out of prison are not good. Maggie goes to the hospital to question Victor...
