Arrow Season 4 Episode 9 Promo: Darhk Targets Felicity!

Nope. Damien Darhk isn't immediately targeting Oliver's new son, William, or his ex, Samantha.

As we can see from the trailer for Arrow Season 4 Episode 9, "Dark Waters," Felicity is in his line of site, and she's being dragged away from Oliver. 

Literally.

It's no coincidence that Damien is saying "Every now and then humanity needs a reset, a do over."

That's exactly what Oliver got on Arrow Season 4 Episode 8. Did he take it to heart? Not really.

Oliver wants to fight the Darhk-ness with light.

Damien Darhk wants to teach someone a lesson not by punishing them...

"As long as they're alive, you have something to fight for. That is what I'm taking away from you."

Damien Darhk has every intention of taking away Oliver's reason to fight by taking away those he loves by taking away their lives.

His game plan is simple, end the lives of those Oliver loves, and Oliver will cease to fight.

Holy crap, you guys. Felicity is, without a doubt, on Damien Darhk's radar.

We better hope the ace up Donna Smoak's sleeve is that Darhk's the daddy. Otherwise, it could be all over for Felicity.
