LA to Vegas Trailer: Best Flight Ever?

Dylan McDermott is trading drama for comedy in LA to Vegas, and we're actually kind of digging it.
Per the official logline:
"Set on the Friday night flight from LAX to Vegas and the returning flight on Sunday, it follows a group of underdogs trying to find their place in the world who all share the same goal: to come back a winner in the casino of life."
McDermott plays Captain Dave, the quick-witted, but always drunk pilot of the flight. His aim is to make sure that every single person on his plane has a good time.
Now, it's an interesting setup, but watching people go back and forward from the same place could get tiring pretty quickly.
None of the staff members on the flight get along with one another, but it's unclear whether this is a result of Captain Dave's snarky comments at every turn.
At one point, Ronnie (Kim Matula) and Micah (Ed Weeks) are caught getting hot and heavy in the toilet of the plane.
Hopefully, the humor comes across much better than the preview, and that the show can sustain the whole flight from LA to Vegas on an episodic basis.
The series was left off of the fall schedule but is expected to debut in 2018.
