Sheesh, Barry Allen. Giving up the speed force wasn't the brightest idea you ever had.

Now he's just a normal guy, and normal guys have to count on the extraordinary to help them with things like special suits.

It seems Cisco will make The Flash suit able to withstand some fairly severe punches, and that's a good thing.

Villain of the week Griffin Grey is a metahuman with superhuman strength. 

But how long will it be before everyone notices Barry isn't doing his usual dancing in the fight ring?

Will The Flash be a victim of his circumstances again, and will Iris soon be the sole defender of the scarlet speedster at CCPN?

We'll find out.

At least we know Barry's going to call in some help.

He's the only one who knows where Jesse Wells is calling home, and she'll be called back to Central City to lend a hand.
