Zoo and Big Brother Renewed by CBS

We have good news for fans of Zoo and Big Brother!

Both shows have been renewed by CBS.

The news was confirmed at the Television Critics Association summer press tour.

Finding Jackson - Zoo

The renewal for Zoo is a welcome one. The series hasn't been performing that great in the ratings, but the show is still very enjoyable.

If you thought Zoo Season 1 was a bit dull, then you should definitely check out Zoo Season 2

It's one of the most improved shows on TV in quite some time.

The promos alone are enough to make anyone want to watch!

Who doesn't want to watch James Wolk try to save the world?

We still have five episodes left this summer of Zoo and it's clear the season is going to conclude with a bang.

Elsewhere on CBS, Big Brother has been renewed for two more seasons.

The veteran reality series continues to be one of the top shows of the summer on broadcast television.

The two new seasons are in addition to the season airing this fall on CBS All Access.

That's right, Big Brother fanatics, there will be an addition season airing this year.

It will be exclusive to CBS All Access and will have a brand new cast of characters.

We're hearing that the fall edition will span 10 weeks.

This tally is slightly shorter than the norm for the summer run of the show, but it makes sense with it airing in the fall.

BB18 Nicole

The current season of Big Brother has been a dud.

The gameplay has been nothing short of predictable, so hopefully there are some rule changes that force people to actually play the game.

What do you think of both renewals?

They were raised in cages. In a way, they're kind of the victims here.
