Laurel: How'd you find this place?
Oliver: We analyzed the bomb and traced the chemical signature back to this building.
Laurel: Your mouth, but Felicity's words.
Thank you for the advice, Dr. Phil. And, now here's some for you. The next time you decide to double-cross someone, don't pick a woman who specializes in revenge.Laurel
Quentin: I'm sorry baby girl, look's like we lost this round.
Laurel: No! No, I'm not letting you die again.
Quentin: It's too late.
Quentin: It's time to say goodbye.
Laurel: I'm not giving up on you Quentin. Quentin, I'm not giving up on you. You never gave up on me. You believed in me when nobody else did.
Quentin: Well that's what dads do. They believe.
Laurel: I want you to know that you are the reason that I'm trying to be a hero. It's because of you.
Quentin: Sweetheart, you are a hero. You are.
Laurel: Thank you. Thank you, I never had the chance to tell you how much you mean to me.
Quentin: Well, I think you just did. I love you. I love you.
Quentin: Oliver, you take care of these guys, there will be more behind them, there will be more behind them. There is no saving me from this! Okay? You ever think that's the point? Maybe you're not supposed to.
Oliver: I'm not giving up. And, you're not giving up either.
Quentin: No no no, I'm not giving up. Maybe I'm giving in. You see, I've been outrunning death for awhile now. The siege, the island. And, when Diaz shot me, that felt different. Like I was finally at the end, and I made my peace with that. And, maybe it's time you did too.
Roy: I think I'm gonna stick around for awhile. If you're going to be taking on a space guy, I figured you might need all the help you can get.
Diggle: Glad you changed your mind.
Roy: You know when I first met Oliver, he gave me a purpose. But, he also gave me all of you. Makes sense that having a team is what helps me in the future, so why wait? Besides, you know, I kind of miss this place.
Diggle: Welcome back Roy.
Mia: Every time I try and live up to my dad, or to prove that I can do what it is you all do, I fail.
Laurel: Do you think that your father is any better? If you're trying to live up to us, don't. We are just as flawed as anyone, especially me. All you can do is live up to yourself.
Anatoly: Remember the first thing I taught you?
Oliver: Living is not for the weak.
Anatoly: Your children are not weak, Oliver. They are also not children. Whatever it is you have to say, they can handle it. If you do not, they will never learn to be heroes.
Anatoly: You are ashamed. You have truly done some terrible things.
Oliver: Thank you for the reminder.
Anatoly: But, you have also done some good things. It's important that the kids see both.
Oliver: I'm your father, alright? It is my primary job in the world to protect you.
Mia: We don't need that. In the future, we're the ones that are saving the city.
Oliver: Well this isn't the future! This is months after I was heartbroken right before I left that I couldn't get you on the phone at your grandparents. So, I walked into your room to look at you one last time and you looked back at me from your crib.
Mia: And because you made the choice to protect us I had to spend my whole life alone. I didn't have a chance to know my brother to get to know you.
Oliver: I'm sorry that it worked out that way, and both of you can decide on your own how much you want to hate me and how much blame you want to assign. But, I made a promise to your mother to keep you safe and there is no world, there is no universe, there is no past, present, or future where I break it.
I'm tired of waiting for the day when people stop being afraid of the Glades and start coming here to raise their families. To find opportunities for growth and change. To uplift our brothers and sisters. To be better than we ever were before. If we keep waiting, we might run out of time. That's why, from here on out, we don't wait for our future in the Glades. We make our future now.Rene
Mia: You've lost people, right?
Oliver: Yeah, too many.
Mia: Does the guilt ever leave?
Oliver: No. You can learn to live with it. I can help you with that Mia, if you'd like.
Oliver: I get the feeling that I'm going to be really, really really proud of how you turned out.
William: Yeah, well, I didn't just turn out. Um, there's something I should tell you. I'm gay.
Oliver: Yeah buddy, I know.
William: You know?
Oliver: Yeah. Felicity and I knew. And, we just, well we hoped that you were gonna come out to us when you were comfortable. You clearly didn't get that chance. And, that's on me so, I'm sorry.
