Is Ronnie there to help Barry or is he the reason Barry's sprawled out on the floor? We know the speed force can be a dark place. It's possible this might not be the Ronnie who sacrificed himself for the greater good.
In the past, we've watched Barry run through the speed force to get to the past. But now that he's searching for Wally, he's going to learn more about the mysterious place.
Eddie: Choices have consequences. I'm afraid we can't let you make anymore choices like that. Barry: Wally is just a kid. Eddie: He's a Flash. He made his choice. Now he has to live with it. Just like you do. Barry: I'm not going anywhere until Wally's free. Eddie: Then be prepared to spend an eternity in here.
