Howard goes to Chuck's house to discuss the Jimmy situation. Jimmy breaks open the door, and in a rage, finds the tape and destroys it in front of Chuck.
Howard and the P.I. come in out of the shadows, and tell Jimmy they are witnesses to the events that just unfolded.
