Younger Season 6 Gets June Premiere Date!

Younger Season 6 has a premiere date!

After some back and forth over where the hit comedy series would air, TV Land has revealed the series will return Wednesday, June 12 at 9/8c. 

Younger Season 6 finds Kelsey “leaning into her new role as publisher at the freshly minted Millennial Print, while Liza and Charles get acclimated to their new normal now that Charles is no longer running the business,” according to the network's press release.

It was announced back in September that Younger had been earmarked for a move to Paramount Network as part of a reshuffling. 

At the time, it was believed that TV Land was exiting the scripted game. The cabler went on to cancel Teachers, adding fuel to that fire. 

However, it was announced just last week that Younger was no longer on the move, and it's a good move. 

Younger Season 5 marked the show's highest-rated season in key demos, so moving it to another network could cause some teething problems with viewers trying to find it. 

Sutton Foster (Liza), Hilary Duff (Kelsey), Nico Tortorella (Josh), Peter Hermann (Charles), Miriam Shor (Diana), Debi Mazar (Maggie), Molly Bernard (Lauren) and Charles Michael Davis (Zane) are all on board to return for the sixth season. 

Younger Season 5 concluded with Charles leaving the business behind, but it allowed him to resume his relationship with Liza. 

TV Land also dropped an announcement video that has all of the cast members of the show.
