When Quahog is making an American version of his favorite British television show, Jolly Farm Revue, he goes to audition.  When Stewie learns they're not casting any more boys, Stewie dresses as a girl, Karina Smirnoff, and successfully wins the part.  However, when Stewie falls for his castmate, Julie, and eventually comes out as a boy.

Meanwhile, Peter and Lois are shocked to see Meg has a new boyfriend, Anthony, who is completely normal.  When Peter makes Lois feel old, she decides to have an affair with Anthony on Bonnie's advice.  Meg walks in on Meg kisisng Anthony before anything else can happen.  When Lois tells Peter, he admits he was just calling her old because he feels old himself.
